Hi-12

It's been a dozen of days now and so far so good.

Today is a "rest" day, which means I'll only knocking out cardio. But after yesterday's workout taking me longer than I expected, I'll add in some abs and obliques to the mix along with some general stuff.

Landmines - 3x40
Rope pull - LUL - 1min each
Cable Side Crunches - 3x30
Cable Lawnmowers - 3x20
Row machine - 5min
Landmines - 2x30
Treadmill -15min
