67 (Chest, Shoulders & Triceps) Friday

Got up early today to take Lloyd to the golf course and take Hana highway all the way down to Haleakala Park on the SW side of the island and then hike up to the bamboo forest.

Hiked Pipiwai Trail - 3 hours
