Walked to USPS a bunch today to solve a missing package to an Etsy customer. NINI. At least all that walking got me to 12,352 steps. However, I screwed it all up with the RCOE Christmas dinner thing. And I had 2 beers, but they were good German beers.
Got that Magic Box in the office, and mostly set up. Getting some stuff to protect the insides since I plan on using it a lot.

Breakfast at work today. Felt like it was really going to screw up my diet. Had a cheese sandwich on sourdough for lunch instead of the prepped stuff Reyna made. I felt sluggish the rest of the day, but was sure to get steps in since I wasn't hitting the gym. After work went to Santa Ana to pick up that Magic Box, then decided to hit Disneyland for a chai latte and wait out the traffic. Went on Haunt3d Mansion and got to see the new queue area. Nice to see the new layout. Not a fan of the gazing balls though. Ended the day with 17,041 steps. Not bad.

Got to work late today, but that's alright. Woke up to a couple messages about orders, one in Canada. Right now I'm doing a lot of 3D printing for the holidays. I guess I'll read back on this one day as my 3D printing phase.
Weight was down this morning, as expected. My diet for the last 4-5 years has consisted of breakfast, lunch and no meals past 5pm. A light snack is ok, but even that is usually too much. I'm now using an app called Renpho that connects to our scale at home. According to it, I haven't been above that 200 mark since February 2021 and I hit 185 this August. Since 2021 it has hovered in the 190s to upper 180s. Objective is to hover in the low 180s and get into the 170s. I can get there, just need to focus more and have less weekends being a pig.

When I was in HS I had a teacher, Ms Miller, who gave me an extra credit assignment called "Day 1". She recognized that I had problems at home and they were spilling over to my school life. I was like 16 or 17 at the time. A lot can happen in 33 years. A lot can be learned, a lot can be forgotten. But I'll never forget that "Day 1" assignment.
Today is another "Day 1." It's my Day 1 of going back to this blog and tracking my weight, food, and mental and physical health. I decided to go back to this because of a text from Xavier regarding other people's weight loss journeys. It caused me to revisit this blog and see how much progress I've made in the last 9 years. My weight has been below 200 for well over a year now. I've hit up to 204 a few times in the evenings, but it's been steadily under 200.
