Thoughts:
Got to work late today, but that's alright. Woke up to a couple messages about orders, one in Canada. Right now I'm doing a lot of 3D printing for the holidays. I guess I'll read back on this one day as my 3D printing phase.
Weight was down this morning, as expected. My diet for the last 4-5 years has consisted of breakfast, lunch and no meals past 5pm. A light snack is ok, but even that is usually too much. I'm now using an app called Renpho that connects to our scale at home. According to it, I haven't been above that 200 mark since February 2021 and I hit 185 this August. Since 2021 it has hovered in the 190s to upper 180s. Objective is to hover in the low 180s and get into the 170s. I can get there, just need to focus more and have less weekends being a pig.
