Day 6 (Thursday])

 Thoughts: 

My weight was down. Yay! At least it moved in the right direction after yesterday. 


Morning Weight: 191.6

Supplements: 

  • None

Breakfast: 

  • Coffee cupcake (Costco)
  • Coffee w creamer and 1tsp sugar 
Lunch: 
  • Meatballs and veggies
  • Sourdough 2 slices
Dinner: 

Workout:
Walked a lot. Then hit the elliptical at the gym.


Mental and Physical Health: 
A bit of a blah day, TBH. I'm not bah humbug, but you know. Felt some failure today because of the 3D printing stuff. Long story. But meh...
