Day 7 (Friday)

 Thoughts: 

Weight was down again, even though I had chips last night. 

Morning Weight: 191.2

Supplements: 

  • None

Breakfast: 

  • Small Breakfast burrito w bacon (Cafe)
  • Coffee w creamer and 1tsp sugar 
Lunch: 
  • 3 Chicken brats 
  • Sourdough 3 slices
Dinner: 
  • Chai Latte
Workout:
Walked a bit, then hit up Disneyland for a few. Ended the evening with 17,050 steps. Let's see if that translates to weightloss in the morning.


Mental and Physical Health: 
Not a bad day at work.
