And on the third day...

Woke up with a massive headache. Probably because I didn't eat enough or drink enough water yesterday. Buy it was on the upper left side of my head again. Probably stress.

Workout (legs)
Elliptical for 28min.
Quads - 50x/50lbs 2x
Hams - 65x/50lbs 2x
Calves - 30x/0 x2
