Turn it up to 11

It's Day 11 for me and Day 8 for the Labrada workout. One week down and 11 more to go. Wooo hoo!!

Went for a walk at 10:30 and then again at 1:45

Morning Weight: 221.3

Workout (Glutes, Legs and Abs):
(Glutes)
Barbell Glute Bridge - 25lbs - 35lbs

(Hamstrings)
Kettlebell Lunge Passthrough - 15lbs - 25lbs x10
Lying Leg Curls - 3 sets

(Quadriceps)
Smith Machine Squats - bar - 95lbs x3
Leg Extensions - 3 sets

(Abs / Obliques)
Landmine 180s - bar - 25lbs - 25lbs 
Spell Casters - 10lbs - 12lbs - 10lbs -10lbs

Could have worked out longer. I might do abs and obliques again with cardio tomorrow.
